At Odelay Bagel Co. we take the time to mix our bagels in small batches with only the best ingredients. By not enriching our dough and focusing on the perfect mix, time, and temperature, we are able to avoid using any kind of dough additives.
All our bagels are handmade on site without the use of freezers of bagel machines. We’re up before dawn everyday boiling our bagels in malted water, the traditional east coast method, before we bake them to perfection.
